Regrettably, many disadvantaged persons are left without the means to support themselves independently.
The state in theory provides welfare for all, but in practice a significant proportion remains inadequately provided for.
This organisation recognises that a significant proportion of the population possesses an inadequate education to manage
the challenges posed by society today, and needs permanent support in varying ways for the whole of their lives.
Some disadvantaged persons will become totally self-sufficient. Others need life-long support of one sort or another.
